It looks like another movie is coming about fantasy role playing at its… funniest? That’s right Knights of Badassdom has been announced and the trailer for it looks great. It looks like it may be another fun movie about the lives of gamers. Go gamers!
This looks to be a fun movie playing around with LARPers (Live Action Role Players) and their epic battles they play out all over the world. They accidently summon a succubus when they try to initiate their newest addition and must figure out how to stop it.
Knights of Badassdom stars Peter Dinklage, Ryan Kwanten, Summer Glau, Margarite Levieva, Steve Zahn and a host of others. They seem to have put a great cast together and I am certainly looking forward to this comedic look at LARPers and the fantasy craze that is growing.
The release date for Knights of Badassdom is set to be sometime late 2011.
