Hey everyone I just wanted to give you a quick update and heads up. I am doing a ton of major house cleaning on DDM’s Realm. DDM’s Realm started as a small intranet database for a few players at work for Dungeons and Dragons Online. It has since expanded to a full fledged internet website with item and quest database, guides, news, tips, and walkthroughs for Dungeons and Dragons Online, Star Wars The Old Republic and now Neverwinter. As you may imagine things are not set up or organized in the best way. It’s hard to find some info and can be confusing to new visitors. So I am trying to clean up the site, move some things around, and generally make it easier for everyone to use DDM’s Realm. It has become far more then was ever imagined and I hope it continues to grow. To that end I am making some changes to hopefully make things better. I will let you know when the major house cleaning is “done”. You may need to update links or bookmarks so you have access to the information and guides that DDM’s Realm has to offer.
During this period you might have some weird website behavior, errors or other issues. They should be temporary as I make the needed adjustments.
If you have any suggestions or ideas for the website I would love to hear them. Just post them below!

Play smarter, not harder.
You know how, recently, DDO changed the software for their forums? If you’re like a lot of players, you’ve probably noticed that all your bookmarks to forum guides and favorite or interesting forum threads no longer work. And all links inside old threads are now broken? Quite annoying, that, isn’t it?
My point? I would recommend (or strongly encourage) you add some sort of fix in your site software so that links to old articles will automatically get “redirected” to the new address. Why? Well, some of us have bookmarked useful and interesting pages on DDM. And some of us want to follow guides you had posted on here… but the links no longer work!
Case in point: I really wanted to use Dr. Rushmore’s Mansion Quest Challenges Guide:

But the link is broken. It’s unfortunate, especially since I’ve never played Dr. Rushmore’s Mansion before and, being timed, I’m sure I could use all the help I can get! It’s also very hard these days to find a group for Challenge Board quests, meaning I usually have to solo stuff…
I know exactly what you mean. I have had to make a lot of changes to DDM’s Realm to make it better and to clean up old mistakes. I know this has broken many links and I am trying to get redirects set up as I can. Please feel free to post other link issues you find and I will correct them as soon as I get a chance. I will work on the link you mentioned above. Sorry for the inconvenience.
