By DDM, on September 11th, 2011  This wilderness area, or otherwise known as an adventure area, has a unique and fun feel to it. Unlike most other wilderness areas of this kind, this one is set indoors, inside the Cannith Manufactury. This indoor wilderness area can accommodate the solo player, some hirelings or an entire raid group. The wilderness area scales depending on the size of your group, from small one or two creature encounters to dozen or more warforged and constructs which will spawn to attack bigger groups.

Dungeons and Dragons Online 5th Anniversary Event is back on live for 10 days, March 17th thru 27th! The celebration continues for this auspicious event and we are lucky enough to see the event back in action.

By DDM, on February 24th, 2011  I thought I would write up a quick run down of the Pirate’s Hats themselves. They are actually a pretty big part of the Live Event and should be used if you want to make the most out of your time in Smugglers Rest and Crystal Cove.
If you made a character prior to the live event that character will have a Paaaaaaaaaaarty Invitation in their inventory. Take that to Euphonia’s Hat Box and turn it in. By DDM, on February 20th, 2011  I’m going to assume that you have read the two previous articles on Smuggler’s Rest and Crystal Cove so you are familiar with how and where you will need to go to get all of the ingredients for Dungeons and Dragons Online 5th Anniversary crafting.
So what are you to do with all these ingredients? Make some great new loot, that’s what! There are lots of great new items you can craft. All of these items are much like the Mabar Event and have five different levels of the same item (4,8,12,16,20).

I have had a ton of questions on how and what to use to make the upgraded items for Update 8 for Dungeons and Dragons Online. So I whipped up this little table to help you out. First is the list of gear effects you can add. Some of them have different prefixes then the actual item effect. So I have listed the actual named gear effects next to the weapon prefixes.
