As some of you may have heard there is another new Dungeons and Dragons based MMO on the horizon, Pathfinder Online. It looks like there is another movie coming out about Dungeons & Dragons. This movie looks like it is going to focus around a very eccentric Dungeon Master that doesn’t take to kindly to being criticized. This one is from The Strong Brother and looks like it could be really good. Hopefully it shows that the game can actually be fun and it not totally degrading to all of us gamers. So here’s to hoping! The new Dungeons and Dragons game on Facebook, Dungeons and Dragons: Heroes of Neverwinter, is now in open beta. If you want to give it a try, now is the time to check it out. Remember it is in beta so there may be some issues with it but so far it looks way better then Farmville!
Atari is bringing the Dungeons and Dragons experience to Facebook. Dungeons and Dragons: Heroes of Neverwinter is a new Facebook game that has just entered into beta. The game is set to use the 4th Edition game mechanics. I think most gamers and D&D players agree that the rules seem build for just that.
It looks like another movie is coming about fantasy role playing at its… funniest? That’s right Knights of Badassdom has been announced and the trailer for it looks great. It looks like it may be another fun movie about the lives of gamers. Go gamers!
I know there was a lot of worry and consternation about what project Atari was working on awhile back. Many people were worried that they were creating a D&D game that was going to be direct competition for Dungeons and Dragons Online. Well it turns out they were working on a Dungeons and Dragons game but it is not an MMO and shouldn’t be any direct competition to Dungeons and Dragons Online.
