INT rune for freeing the hidden prisoners is an INT of 11-14.
Be careful heading out with Arlos. You can tell him to stay. If you see an ambush or a fight. Park him, take care of the mobs in the way, then go back and ask him to follow.
You can heal and buff Arlos. Do this if you think he may need it or you need to drag him through the trap.
Make sure to talk to Tember after you complete this quest to advance this series.
You will need a Disable Device of 19 or 20.
